Setting Up GoDaddy Email
Your first step is to log into your GoDaddy email account. In the left pane of your page, click on the Account tab. On the General section, click the Email tab. Select the Create Account button and follow the instructions.
Create your GoDaddy email account to access the workspace. Type your user name in the create account form. Type your password in the password box. Once done, you are now ready to upload your site GoDaddy email login. Use the links below to go directly to your online storage and retrieve any important files or changes that you might have made.
When you are done, you should see your hosting status. If you have managed your domain for quite sometime, it should have been noted on the Hosting Status page. It usually takes around 10 seconds. If you don’t have a GoDaddy email account, you may have to register one. You can also contact the support team for more information.
Log into your cPanel and edit the following section: settings> user profiles. Change the following entries: webmail, recovery email address, password, email address, cPanel userid, and domain name. Type the new userid and password into the Save Changes field and then click on the Save button. The changes will be applied when your administrator logs in. GoDaddy will then ask for your login information. You should know your GoDaddy login information for the steps below to apply the changes.
If you are using the GoDaddy email account from an iOS device, you should update your mobile app and then set it up with the GoDaddy email server. You can then import your email messages from your Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail account. If you are not sure how to import your messages, you can use a third-party import tool like Phoneaja.
After you have set up your email server, you may want to set up some additional email addresses that members of your organization can sign up for and add to your group calendar. Add the email addresses to your main group calendar and make sure they all show up in the ‘To:” box. To prevent others from signing up with incorrect email addresses, you may want to add them to your group calendar’s sign-up form.
After you have established your professional email address for your business, you can then download and save all of your GoDaddy emails in your user directory. You should only have one directory because you will be saving all of your business’ important emails in one place. You can use the ‘import all’ function in the email plan to create a list of all of your company’s emails.
If you are planning on selling GoDaddy products, or promoting your blog or website online, you may want to take advantage of the built-in advertising platform in GoDaddy. You will be able to display your products in a number of different ways, such as through a pop-up window, banners, links and more. If you have already created an online store, you will also be able to include your new email address as the Contact Email Address section.
